MARIA LUPERCIO, 34

“Whole Body Fitness member for 4 years. I joined Whole Body to have a healthier life and to feel better about myself – both for me and for my family. With my trainer’s coaching, I built strength and significantly improved my endurance, all while losing 34 pounds. I have gone from being an observer at my daughter’s soccer games to being an active participant and coach. Before joining Whole Body I also had sciatica for 4 years. Within 6 months of Posture and Alignment training, my pain went away. Overall, I feel much more confident and comfortable, both physically and emotionally.”

“Whole Body Fitness member for 4 years, 4 days a week. My wife Kim is also a client. We joined Whole Body to keep up with our 6 very active grandchildren. Long hikes in the Sierras are our favorite activity. In this picture, at Glacier Point in Yosemite, we hiked up from Yosemite Valley 3000 feet below. My Whole Body Fitness experience has been transformative. Since joining my strength, balance, and flexibility have improved significantly and I can keep up with the children…most of the time.”

“The camaraderie and support here is amazing. We chose the Semi-Private program so we could work out with two or three other people at the same time. We each have our own program but it’s fun to hang out with other folks working on their plan, too. We encourage each other. It’s one of the reasons I get up and go. If I’m not there my friends will miss me and call to see if I’m okay. I love that!”
