Individually Tailored Exercise Program: Every Whole Body Fitness Member comes here with different goals and physical challenges. We design a custom exercise program for you based on the proven, proprietary Postural Programming techniques developed by WBF’s founder, world-renowned transformation specialist Angelo Poli. Exercising – or even performing daily activities – with poor postural alignment leads to ineffective fitness results and often to injury. WBF’s signature Postural Programming brings your body back into alignment and restores lost function. We then build on that base and introduce a wide variety of custom exercises to improve flexibility, balance, endurance, and strength, all completed within the framework of our Postural Programming methodology.
Customized Nutrition Plan: Proper nutrition is fundamental to reaching your fitness goals. We prioritize sustainable health and don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach. (No, you do not have to go Vegan, Keto, Paleo, or whatever the latest fad diet is.) At Whole Body Fitness our Nutrition Coach holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science and is a certified Nutrition Counselor. You work together, one-on-one, to design a custom Nutrition Plan that suits your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You can continue eating the foods you enjoy while learning to make better choices and trade-offs that ensure your success.
Coaching & Community: This is the most important element of our unique model and is what’s missing in most of the programs you have probably tried. Countless research studies make it clear: Coaching & Community are critical to fitness success. It’s why even pro athletes – who know what to eat, what exercises to do, and who are extremely motivated – need personal coaching and a supportive network to reach their goals. And so do you.
At Whole Body Fitness we use a personal Coach-driven approach to guide you through every step of your journey. Your Personal Trainer demonstrates how to perform each exercise, oversees your posture and technique, and continuously changes your workout to respond to your needs and keep your body in balance. Your Nutrition Coach prioritizes your preferences and goals, delivers customized education, and provides ongoing coaching that keeps you motivated and on track.
Equally important is the Community of Whole Body Fitness Members. Everyone here is an important element in the success of others. No one feels out of place. We are all in this together, regardless of age, body type, or physical condition.
