Afternoon Protein Popsicle

Ingredients:
1 cup berries or mixed berries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
Popsicle models

Directions:
1. Blend together in a high-powered blender until smooth. Pour into Popsicle models and freeze.
2. This is a great snack for the whole family! Enjoy!
