That philosophy comes from his own experience. As a young student athlete, a trainer helped him navigate the confusing gap between wanting change and knowing what to do. The impact was so profound that it inspired Alex’s career.
Now with six years of full-time training experience and his NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential, Alex specializes in guiding adults through the three stages he believes matter most:

Alex brings a warm, friendly coaching style that helps people feel welcome and capable — especially those who have felt intimidated or overwhelmed in past gym environments. His focus on rapport, trust, and community makes training feel supportive instead of stressful.
One of his many success stories involved a woman in her late 60s navigating osteoporosis, decades of smoking, and limited mobility. With structure, education, and encouragement, she quit smoking, came off all medications, lost 30 pounds, rebuilt her strength, and eventually progressed to a fitness level she never believed possible.
