Before I joined Whole Body Fitness I was feeling so out of shape.

I had really low energy. Some aches and pains. It was time for me to do something about it.

I tried diets and also exercised at other gyms. But there is so much nutrition and exercise misinformation out there these days it’s hard to really know what is accurate. And what really works.

That’s why I chose Whole Body Fitness. The program is straightforward, realistic, and effective. And it’s the complete package.

I first came in for an exercise consultation. I liked what I heard then the manager asked me if I was also interested in helping with nutrition. “We have a nutrition coach that is a Registered Dietician,” I said great, can I see her price list? When he told me it was included with my training package I was floored

My nutrition coach is the best. There is so much confusing and contradictory information on the internet. She’s very educational and has a great list of healthy foods, far more foods on that list than I expected. She’s helped me get rid of my sugar craving. She’s taught me what my plate should look like and how to balance what I’m eating to keep my energy level higher and more consistent.

I love the personal training. I get a different workout every time. My trainer has high expectations of me and knows exactly how hard to push me. My endurance and strength are so much better.

The facility is super clean and very spacious. I love the filtered cold water stations. The lockers are custom-made by a local Chico woodworker and are gorgeous. The showers are in your own private room. All in all it’s a space that feels really good to be in.

Whole Body Fitness is exactly the right name because it’s the whole package. A package that works. I feel so much better, so energized, and more positive about my self-image.
