Our Programs

Our Semi-Private and Private Training Programs combine custom Exercise and Nutrition Programs along with Personal Coaching for a comprehensive and WHOLE solution to meet your fitness goals.

This is how it works:

EXERCISE PROGRAM

  • Trainer Days - Two to four days per week (depending on your plan) you will be doing individualized work with your Personal Trainer.

  • Independent Days – Members on a Semi-Private or Private Training plan have unlimited access to the gym during opening hours for independent work. This is a great way to accelerate cardio conditioning and make even more progress towards achieving your goals!

  • Group Classes – We also offer Group Class Programs led by our professional Personal Trainers. Semi-Private and Private Training members can participate in unlimited group classes.

NUTRITION PROGRAM

Our Nutrition Program is about more than just weight loss. It’s about becoming a healthier YOU. More energy. Better stamina. A stronger immune system. Lowered risk of chronic disease. Feeling good every day.

Members start with a one-on-one consultation with our Nutrition Coach (a Registered Dietitian) to discuss their specific needs and goals, health issues, food preferences, and lifestyle. This first step also includes Foundational Nutrition Education which helps you make informed choices and simple trade-offs.

Next, you work together to create a customized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Then, we work your Plan. Check-ins (usually via phone for your convenience) provide the coaching you need to stay on track and motivated. Check-ins are weekly for the first month, then bi-monthly thereafter. And, of course, we can change up your Plan and/or frequency of check-ins as needed to ensure your success.

Prefer to start with just an initial consultation and then schedule follow-up consultations as needed? We can do that. Because it’s all about YOU.


Semi-Private Training

Our most popular program, Semi-Private Training is perfect for Members wanting customized training but with the camaraderie of 2 or 3 other Members.

  • Members meet with their Personal Trainer 2 to 4 days a week (depending on your plan) for an individualized 45-minute workout. Work-outs are custom to each member, even when working out at the same time as others.

  • Unlimited access to the gym during opening hours for independent cardio work – crush your goals!

  • Unlimited group classes are included.

  • Nutrition Program is included.

Private Training

Private Training is a great program for someone recovering from an injury or illness, or who wants the VIP treatment! Private Training Members work one-on-one with their Personal Trainer 2 to 4 times per week.

  • The Private Training plan is ideal for continued rehabilitation, restoring body alignment, and managing chronic pain and exhaustion due to postural dysfunction. 

  • Members receive insightful and specific “homework” to speed up progress between sessions.

  • Unlimited access to the gym during opening hours for independent cardio work – crush your goals!

  • Unlimited group classes are included.

  • Nutrition Program is included.

Group Classes

Prefer to train in a larger group setting? Our group class program combines fitness workouts with our unique Postural Programming techniques. 

  • Choose from low-impact or high-energy cardio and functional training classes. Or both!

  • Posture & alignment sessions are designed to restore flexibility, range of motion, and healthy posture. 

  • Unlimited group classes.

  • Open access to the gym for independent cardio work during Group Membership hours.

  • Nutrition Program and Personal Training not included.


Pricing

At Whole Body Fitness we provide you with the WHOLE package you need to achieve your fitness goals 

  1. Exercise Programs tailored just to you,

  2. Nutrition Plan customized for you by our Registered Dietitian, and 

  3. Coaching by your Personal Trainer and your Nutrition Coach along with the support of the WBF Member Community brings an atmosphere of support, camaraderie, and, most importantly, fun.

Missing any of these three things is like a three-legged stool missing a leg or two. It just doesn’t work.

  • Pricing includes initial New Member Evaluation, Personal Trainer Days, unlimited Independent Days, unlimited Group Classes, and a custom Nutrition Program. Month-to-month, no contracts. There is a $95 registration fee for new Members.

    2 Trainer Days Per Week=$350 monthly

    3 Trainer Days Per Week=$425 monthly
