Taylor Polli: Trainer
Taylor was born into the fitness industry. As a kid his father owned and ran health clubs across California. Some of Taylor’s very first memories are of being in a gym and watching others workout. At a young age he grasped the concept of what it meant to live an active and healthy lifestyle. As a teen Taylor played every sport possible from racing dirt bikes to high school football. His senior year he played for the state championship at the Oakland Colosseum.
He later moved on to play a year of junior college football and decided to hang up the cleats after the sport became more of a demanding job. Shortly after, he decided he wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. Taylor started at a small gym in San Francisco where he leaned many different training techniques like Pilates, TRX and kettle bells. Taylor's hobbies include Riding and racing dirt bikes, mountain biking, cooking, and of course working out. Taylor moved to Chico to finish college and we are very excited to have him as part of the team
