Whole Body Fitness Group Class Schedule
WBF Posture and Alignment:
This is our signature posture class. This class is geared for healthy adults and children at any fitness level desiring to stretch and strengthen their bodies and achieve better posture.
WBF Level 1:
Low impact, posturally sustainable training is for healthy active adults. These classes blend the Whole Body Fitness signature postural exercises combined with full body conditioning for strength, stability and good posture.
WBF Level 2:
High impact posturally sustainable training for healthy active adults. These classes blend The Whole Body Fitness signature postural exercises with full body conditioning for fat loss, stamina, and good posture
WBF Level 3:
The Level 3 Strength and Barbell class is the newest addition to the WBF class roster. Taught by our very own, Taylor Catrett, this class will focus primarily on using the barbell for bigger lifts such as: Squats, Deadlift, and Bench Press. Learning to control your body under load and in positions that are challenging step by step.
MetPro On Ramp:
New to MetPro? Ready to begin your transformation? This class is for you. Our in house MetPro Coach will help you determine your phase, navigate the MetPro book, and provide you with the tools you need to succeed! This class is free to all Whole Body Fitness and MetPro clients.
